The Gods of Elcea

A pantheon of deities benevolent and malign, with a few who could care less either way

In the beginning my definition of the gods was pretty vague. Gradually a pantheon of sorts emerged, cobbled together from my favorite gods among various historical pantheons. These included deities like Thor, Apollo, Mielikki, and others. There were a few I had invented; chief among these were Eru (name derived from Tolkien) and Beniceem.

As time went by I felt more and more constrained by the lack of consistency and originality among this unwieldy collecting of beings. When the campaign shifted to the Bloodhawks and to the 2nd edition, I took the opportunity of updating the gods to a pantheon of my creation. Not only of my creation; Leanne and I collaberated on the project, and the result was superior to what I could have come up with by myself.

Here, then, is the pantheon as it is currently constructed. Other gods may be added from time to time; certainly there are more than are currently listed, though these are the most likely to have PC clerics.
